Wednesday January 16th, OutLoud @ The Beebe Open Mike Coffee House welcomed the New Year with The Lenny Solomon Band — original songs in the Cambridge Coffee House / acoustic tradition, with folk and blues influences.  Lenny Solomon's style has been compared to early Bob Dylan, Guy Clark, Jerry Jeff Walker.  OutLoud also features Open Mike, with sign-up at 7:15 p.m., performances / readings from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. As usual, there is no cover charget to attend Outloud Open Mike; donations accepted charity.  Starbucks of Melrose graciously provides coffee and tea.  The Beebe Estate kindly offers its art exhibit space for OutLoud at 235 West Foster, Melrose (www.BeebeEstate.org ).   Parking available on grounds. This program is supported in part by a grant from the Melrose Cultural Council, a local agency that is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a State agency.
